We use a range of virtual network and remote support products to enable us to easily and quickly offer remote assistance on any windows, Linux or MAC desktop, anywhere in the world, even when the target machine is behind firewalls or NAT routers.
We can watch your desktop as you accomplish tasks and jump in to control your mouse and keyboard to demonstrate techniques if you are having difficulty, or we can project our desktop to for training purposes. We use these tools in conjunction with Skype audio and video to offer both on-desktop support and training, as well as demonstrating the administrative functions built into our website packages. (All of our built applications and CMS based site designs come with on-desktop training and support).
