Support Tools

This section contains links to some of the remote support tools you may be asked to access during a remote support session.

ShowMyPC

1. Download the ShowMyPc application HERE (if offered, select run, if forced to save, run once downloaded).
2. Once running, Click on "Show My PC" button to generate a "one time use" password and make your computer accessible remotely.
3. Give the "one time use" password to our support technician, who will then be able to help you further.
